Vancouver International Comedy Festival

Dear Rick,

On behalf of the Vancouver International Comedy Festival I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for your wonderful performances at this year's celebration of the world of comedy.

We were able to present a diverse roster of local, national and international artists on our two outdoor venues. The work ranged from classical European style clowning, musical comedy, juggling, tight and slack rope walking and improvisation. The audiences responded to this programming enthusiastically and in great numbers.

Your sets were a particular highlight to the festival. The crowds of 500 - 600 that you gathered on BC Day were among the largest of the festival and the audience response was long and loud. It was an exciting ending to the street component of the Vancouver International Comedy Festival.

I know that you are in demand internationally and book up quickly. We hope you will be available for a much longer appearance at our 2000 festival. We will be in touch in September about that possibility.
