On behalf of the Planning Committee for the 5th National Conference on Shared Mental Health Care, I would like to thank you for providing the entertainment for this conference.

There were more than two hundred and thirty registered delegates at this conference. Delegates and presenters came from across Canada, the United States and the UK. Those who attended this conference were family physicians, psychiatrists, medical administrators, and mental health workers.

Your waiter and juggling performances were very entertaining and provided a lot of laughter for the audience. Your performance set the tone for the rest of the evening and it was a great way of concluding our conference. I have heard from several of my colleagues about memorable moments of your performance, i.e. the sugar with the salad and your skills at pouring water and removing watches.
